12/03/92 - File Tagging menu now displays the entire 79 character
v1.2a description line as display in your PCBoard DIR's.
- File Tagging Menu now has support for ALT-S (Search for
text) and ALT-A (Repeat last text search).
11/09/92 - Full support for CD ROM drives. If a tagged file is located
v1.1d on a CD_ROM drive the description will be deleted and an
error message will be recorded in a file named PURGE.ERR
This now allows us to remove the descriptions of those older
versions of files which are on the cd-roms. <ASP> sysops must
have this release!
- If the target file is not found on disk you will be given
the option to go ahead and delete it's description from the
DIR.
- Internal changes to increase execution speed.
10/23/92 - Selection bar will automatically advance after tagging.
v1.1c
10/23/92 - CFG has been changed! We now look towards the DLPATH.LST
v1.1b rather then just one IDX file. This allows working with
multiple IDX's and will also allow those of you who are not
using IDX's to be able to run Purge.
10/15/92 - Removed date checking which was inadvertently left over
v1.1a from beta testing.
- Keyboard buffer is now cleared after a file view. Seems
some users were having the file tagged after a view.
Thanks Jeff Sumberg
- Added checking for no files found during the duplicate
checking.
Thanks Jeff Sumberg
- If the target file is not found in the IDX listing than you
will now be given a chance to go ahead and delete it's
description from the PCBoard DIR. This will aid you in
removing older versions of files which may be on a CD-ROM.
Thanks Greg Wrey
- Sorting by file size will now properly handle entries which
are larger than 10 megs.
Thanks Anthony Maglietta
10/09/92 - 1st public release.
